Before Use:
-Check that all threads are screwed tight and the glass barrel is nto damaged
-Make SUre the valves, spings, and washers are properly positioned into their base
-Put a drop of caster oil on the o-ring
Setting the Dose:
-Unscrew the adjusting screw nut
-Adjust with the adjusting screw to the volume you need while using the end piston as a sign
-Lock with the screw nut
Preparing the Vial:
-Insert the long canula through the rubber cover; be sure to insert it down the bottom of the vial
-Connect the plastic tube to the long canula on one end, and to the syringe in the other end
-Operate the syringe handle until the vaccine is being pumped from the vial up to the syringe
After Use:
-Pump the syringe into clear water about 6 to 10 times to remove residue from the syringe
-Open the body cover and wash all parts with water
-Open the luer lock adapter and the tubing valve housing and wash them in clear water

Genaral Usage:
-Open the front end cap of the vaccinator
-Fill the vaccine directly to the glass barrel
-Close the end front cap tight to the glass barrel
-After use, open the end cap and wash with water, then sperilize all parts to 125ºC before next use
